A continuous performance test used as one input alongside a clinical assessment. It is not a diagnostic test on its own.
A short practice runs first. The real task begins after it.
This instrument is designed for within-subject use: comparing a patient against their own prior sessions on the same device, not against population norms. It has no norms and produces no diagnostic score. Interpret it as one signal among the clinical interview, rating scales, and differential screen. Attention performance is also moved by sleep, effort, anxiety, and mood — a single run proves nothing.
