A set of corroborating instruments used alongside a clinical assessment. None of these is diagnostic on its own; the treating clinician interprets and decides.
Before clinical use: item wording in this tool is reference text for the
engine. Verify each instrument's items against its official published source
(ASRS v1.1 · WURS-25 · WFIRS-S/CADDRA · MDQ), and use the officially validated
translation for non-English patients. Scoring rules follow the published standards.

Battery summary
Clinical synthesis
This battery corroborates a clinical assessment. It does not diagnose ADHD. Ratings are
self-report and affected by mood, insight, and recall. Diagnosis requires the clinical
interview, developmental history, cross-setting corroboration, and exclusion of
differentials — all of which rest with the treating clinician.
